We would like this opportunity to introduce Carolina Motion Controls, Inc. (CMC). CMC is an eighteen (18) year old company specializing in advanced motion controls and automation solutions for both, the Original Equipment and Final Product manufacturers
that stand to benefit from automation.
CMC has two divisions that can service your business, CMC Distribution and CMC Systems.
CMC Distribution is our highly responsive, service-driven, supply business that
is designed to provide a wide range of motion control components. By providing access
to some of the best motion control suppliers, this division provides components
to service replacement parts, research and development needs, and equipment manufacturing
components. In addition our Application engineers can assist you in the sizing and
selecting of the component(s) to fit your needs.
CMC Systems has a staff of Electrical, Mechanical and Software engineers. We also
have technicians that build control panels, wire machines, provide mechanical assembly
and perform field installations. In addition, CMC Systems has project managers to
provide project planning, cost monitoring, timeline tracking, milestone review,
and change management services for our clients. Our project managers work to fully
support the goals of our customers’ project leaders.
CMC has a proven track record in providing three specific results that provide value
to your operation. The first is innovation. Our engineers are able to improve machine
throughput, increase run time while minimizing maintenance time, reduce operator
training skills / requirements and deliver technology that can be patented. Second,
CMC reduces costs of operation and / or the capital cost of equipment. CMC does
this by redesigning the outdated control system on existing equipment and providing
the resources to rebuild your existing machinery. This can be done for a fraction
of the cost of purchasing new machinery. Third, CMC can deliver results rapidly.

CMC has expanded its engineering services to support the growing needs of our customers.
We have, on staff, the resources to handle both the electrical, as well as, the
mechanical engineering aspects of your motion control requirements. We can provide
basic consulting services or complete, turnkey motion systems. We can work with
your engineers to help broaden their knowledge by applying our experience from many
other industries or sub-contract to them when they have project backlogs. Whether
